Occupational-related medical assessments: Pre-employment & Periodical Medical Assessments

  • Evaluate an employee’s fitness before starting employment and periodically during service. Assessments are based

Before finalizing any package, Medi Sense Clinic conducts a detailed Workplace Risk Assessment in confirmation with client and/ or requires the submission of a Hazard Risk Exposure Form. On-site Services at Company Premises

Occupational Medicine On-site Services

Medi Sense Clinic extends its Occupational Medicine Services directly to company premises for convenience,
efficiency, and enhanced workforce participation. All services are provided under DHA licensing and led by qualified
occupational health professionals.

Workplace Risk Assessments
An Occupational Medicine Team visit the site to assess and document:

  • Physical and chemical exposure risks
  • Process flow observations
  • Safety and ergonomic gaps

Outcome: A formal Work Risk Report with recommendations submitted within 10 working days.

Ergonomic Risk Assessments

a) General Ergonomics Review

  • Visual inspection of operational workflow and workplace layout

b) Individual Workstation Assessments
